The World of WearableArt Awards are a fantastic opportunity for students not only to take on a unique creative challenge but also have their work showcased on the international stage alongside other world class designers.

The Tui Quartet is a string quartet that hosts charitable events every year. This year, they are wanting to raise funds and awareness for people living with autism through Autism NZ and Otago Children’s Autism Support Group. The fundraiser will include a musical performance and a silent auction of artwork generously donated by community artists.

Sunday 22 April, 2.00pm–4.00pm, The University of Otago | Union Hall

Gold coin donation for entry only! Drinks will be available for purchase thanks to the University of Otago. All welcome, family-friendly event.

At this time of year hospitals experience a large spike in asthma and respiratory related cases. The Asthma and Respiratory Foundation NZ "My Asthma" app contains simple asthma information, asthma first aid steps, and an electronic Asthma Action Plan.
